Katrina Anne Castañeda Johnson has been crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2025, not just as a beauty queen but as a symbol of purpose, love, and resilience.

A Daughter's Promise Fulfilled

Born on January 26, 1998, in Davao City, Katrina entered the world of pageantry in 2015. Her journey was deeply personal—her late mother once dreamed of seeing her wear a crown. In 2023, she placed first runner-up in Binibining Pilipinas. Two years later, she returned stronger, carrying her mother’s memory with her to victory.

Crowning Glory

On June 15, 2025, Katrina claimed the title of BPI 2025 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, also winning Best in Evening Gown and Binibining Dunkin’. Her eloquent answer during Q&A challenged fake news and advocated for digital literacy—showcasing not only beauty, but intellect and empathy.

The Healing Queen

Licensed as a clinical pharmacist, Katrina uses her platform to advocate for better access to healthcare. Her calm strength and scientific background add depth to her reign, offering a modern take on what it means to be a queen.

A Heart for Animals

Perhaps one of the most touching aspects of Katrina’s story is her love for animals. A devoted fur mom, she cares for 13 dogs—many of them rescued or with special needs. Her gentle compassion at home mirrors her poise on stage.

The Road to Tokyo

As the official Philippine delegate to the 63rd Miss International pageant in Tokyo this November, Katrina brings with her more than a crown. She carries stories, advocacy, and a mother’s dream now turned reality.
