Hailey Bieber has clarified that she does not have endometriosis. In a candid Instagram story shared in late 2022, the model and entrepreneur revealed she was dealing with a large ovarian cyst, describing it as “the size of an apple.” However, she reassured her followers that her condition was unrelated to endometriosis or PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome).

“I don’t have endometriosis or PCOS but I have gotten an ovarian cyst a few times and it’s never fun,” Hailey wrote, aiming to raise awareness about common reproductive health issues.

Ovarian cysts are relatively common and often form during ovulation. In Hailey’s case, these cysts were described as painful and bloating-inducing, but not associated with any long-term medical conditions.

Her openness sparked important conversations about women's health, especially around how similar symptoms can arise from very different conditions like ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and PCOS.

While Hailey has experienced cysts on multiple occasions, she remains active and healthy, with no confirmation of any chronic gynecological disorder.
